community of students from the Santa Venetia neighborhood, our local
attendance area, as well as from other parts of the City of San Rafael.
The school is located in the northern part of the city, about two
blocks away from the Civic Center on North San Pedro Road. The school
has a library, computer lab, gym and several playgrounds. Day care is
available before and after school at an on-site location and is
provided by the City of San Rafael and Community Action Marin. Students who graduated from Davidson Middle School typically attend San Rafael High School, although students from other areas of San Rafael also attend. This is due to an open enrollment policy in the San Rafael High School District that allows students from anywhere in San Rafael to choose either of the two high schools in the District.
